He'll sign something that allows children to stay with their families which will almost immediately be blocked in federal court because it will result in children being detained longer than the law allows.
In doing so, he'll continue to blame Democrats for failing to help pass legislation which would allow longer detention for kids. Democrats will avoid helping him at all costs because they see it being to their political benefit to do so.
