They have enough boosters/supporters who are willing to do whatever it takes to help their program. Mizzou doesn't have anywhere near that level of support for any of their programs and consequently will never get to and stay at the next level. It's just how the game is played and really always has been. Had Quinn been a little more mature and ready to lead the program it might have gotten there with Laurie's help.
