are thoroughly and hopelessly corrupt and beyond redemption. They are also incompetent. They also are apparently preoccupied with destroying domestic political opponents at the expense of focusing on actual criminal activity, counterintelligence, potential terrorist plots, etc.
And based and Clapper's and Brennan's apparent but as of yet unspecified involvement in spygate in particularly, but more generally in the unmasking of US citizens for political and likely financial gain, you can throw in the entire intelligence apparatus into the corrupt and incompetent group.
It's no wonder they were worried about their "sources and means" being disclosed - because they suck. I'm sure the Chinks, Russies and Muzzies have been paying attention.
