I don't think Nick is what you'd call mainstream politically

He allows this stuff because it often aligns with what he believes. I'm sure of it.

He used to be much more active around here and would post on political topics. I distinctly recall his views on gay rights being a tad bit on the extreme side. He was one of those "if we treat gay couples like human beings, we're inevitably going to see pedophilia and beastiality normalized right around the corner" types.

I've never found people like that to be particularly modern on other social issues, either.

Back when he introduced profanity censors (because heaven forbid a kid see the word "tw at" or "pri ck" spelled out), he didn't think it necessary to block out racial slurs. I believe the n-bomb is now censored, but you're free to throw around all kinds of other common slurs. But a barely offensive word that hints at sex? Way too far, man.

The guy is, from everything I've seen on here, a nutjob.
