your daily routine to where you feel like you have to do it without it being an addiction or a problem.
I smoke pot before bed almost every night. It helps my body relax and go to sleep. I don’t have to have it. Some times i don’t have it and everything is fine. It’s not like an addict that HAS to have it or they become irritable. I just prefer it. And if i have it, i do it.
