represent us (or both)? Should they rely on polls to represent us? Should they rely on letters to represent us? S

If they are merely representing us, why are they needed? We already have Congress....

If they are merely representing us, how does one balance the desires or Californians versus the desires of the Rust Belt states or the Farm States?

If they are merely representing us, Obama would not have signed the ACA. Right?
