majority of people caught would be black. Guess they have to throw out all of those are arrests as well.

I wonder what affect getting those low-level drug dealers off the streets had on the community at large.

I am not arguing for stricter marijuana laws or punishments. That’s another issue. But canceling out arrests because the criminals are black, is just stupid.

But no longer surprising.
