That's an impossible assumption. Each person is a unique individual influenced by their unique, individual environment. How do you account for someone who is unable (physically, mentally) to understand property rights that breaches someone else's property rights? Those people are the owners of their mind and body, but they can't control them.
You assume uniformity of unique individuals.
