with the purpose of destabilizing governments and fostering conflict to install puppets for the US government. It deals arms, drugs, and death. What need would a country have for an intelligence agnency if they weren't following imperial aspirations? What need would there be to forgo interventionism and exist peacefully with the trade being the only purpose of foreign relations?
