and against the idea that SPYGATE was improper in any way. They have been briefed on the classified documents and have publicly said that it was routine.

What does Nunes have to say about it? I dont recall a statement being made from him. Perhaps he is continuing his investigation? Or perhaps he is too partisan to admit he was wrong in believing the POTUS.
