Writing a "do not hesitate to contact me if you change your mind" letter to Kim shows weakness.
Maybe if he'd stop crowning his achievements before they happen, he'd stop embarrassing our country and be harder to manipulate in negotiated matters.
I mean, they guy was already ready to accept the Nobel Peace Prize on a North Korea deal. Evidently he didn't read the Wikipedia page on diplomacy with North Korea. It's always looking good until they completely change course. It was obvious that was going to happen.
