Basically it says he in effect Trump changed his mind, no doubt often after listening to more knowledgeable staff. So if he had not done that you and the useless clown that wrote this piece of trash would be whining that he was too short-sighted and ignorant to ever change his mind.

But the writer sure sucked in those who can reason at the level of a 2nd grader. Just as he knew he would.
