process for the warrant on Page will, in my opinion, be proven to have been an abuse of power. we'll have to wait for the 3rd prong of the Horowitz investigation on this but The dossier was not vetted properly. it was not established that Page was committing a crime on behalf of a foreign power, circular confirmation was used to corroborate the dossier, mitigating information was not revealed in the affidavit.

the DNC hack can't be proven in court to have even been perpetrated by Russians. so any "collusion" in doing so therefore also can't be proven. why didn't the FBI seek to examine the servers via subpoena or warrant? makes you wonder.

the special counsel was formed under dubious circumstances. comey leaks memos to his friend to leak to the media in the hopes of having his friend appointed?

Rosenstein appointment order ran contrary to regulations on the appointment of a special counsel. he later tried to fix this with another order but nobody can see this...yet.

Mueller has, like special counsels tend to do, has gone outside his mandate. now we are on to whether or not trump committed a 130k campaign finance violation.

Mueller has been successful in indicting for process crimes and none of those individuals have made any plea to any larger conspiracy.

the other indictments against the Russians and Russian companies explicitly said their actions were undertaken with no knowledge by the Trump campaign. and Mueller has even f'd up this part. personally, I think his bluff has been called on these indictments which were largely for show.

in contrast, we have been told for 2 years that the trump campaign was not spied on.

when that's revealed to be false the same people who told us it never happened, clapper and Brennan in the forefront, are now telling us that to investigate whether this occurred is an attack on our democracy.
