no. yes, and it happens literally every day. usually (read that as literally every time but this one), the defendant is the complaining party. where has flynn done anything to indicate anything other than he is pleading guilty because he is, in fact, guilty? instead, he is joining the government in requesting an extension on his sentencing hearing.
it's been months since the judge ordered, sua sponte, the disclosure of exculpatory information. is there any reason to believe that wasn't done after the order? for that matter, is there any reason to believe that wasn't done before the order? assuming all exculpatory evidence has been disclosed and flynn is pleading guilty, this isn't the cause that supports the position against government overreach. this is smearing for the purpose of discrediting comey and the doj.
