Cohen was of no value to him - yet they continued to pay him $100k/month for another 11 months. That's not how it usually works - did cohen misrepresent himself/his services when he entered the "consulting" agreement? I.E - was it a fraudulent contract?
Why didn't AT&T break the agreement with cohen? Was it because they didn't want to **** of trumpie by taking his attorney to court (even though that attorney scammed them out of $1.2m)?
