The SC knew about cohen's side business long enough to have contacted the firms involved back in November, at which time they put cohen under surveillance. That's a lot of time for him to be doing more silly things and talking to other silly people on his 17 mobile phones. He can pretty much jump off a bridge or flip because I don't think he'll do well in prison.
