premise here that people of Faith if they support candidates who don't live up to or even share their faith?

If so, why is that?

Seems absurd for picking politicians.

besides, i think most would tell you that it's a no-brainer to vote for the candidate who is advocating a pro-life stance; that the one issue would greatly exceed the candidates personal morality in a vote decision.
