One thing that's really odd about that list.....

Is the level of college programs. That's a list of city and suburban players after the top 10 the kind of schools these kids are committed to drops off to Southern Illinois, Grand Canyon, Vermont and Colorado State? On the low end, there's a population of 2 to 3 million in inner ring of suburbs and city of Chicago that encapsulates this list -- with a relatively large minority population in a basketball rich market -- and at most there are 10 kids going high major Division 1? Does that seem right? Man, the talent level must be waaaaay down.
