they're presumed. trump would have to affirmatively rebut that presumption by establishing she benefited by trump's defamatory, libelous, statements. how well do you think that defense would go over?
to the extent you're talking about damage to her reputation, that's a point (though i'd suggest a poor one), and the statements are arguably libel per se.
