Eric holder said he had obama's back. He saw his job as protecting the president from any facts that may leak into the public domain.
Sessions decided as i've said before, that with the Rs owning the house and senate and the white house...and corruption from obama to fat hillary to holder to the IRS and fast and furious and bengazhi...this idiot decides to investigate the republican president, and recuse himself from the investigation, giving control over it to obama's boys at DOJ.
My fear is that he is GOPe. He has friends on then other side of the aisle. He does not want to hurt their feelings. And as a patriotic american, he knows it would be devastating if the first black marxist president of the united states were shown to be the corrupt marxist anti american pos that he is.
So he subscribes to, Obama is not to be touched.
