Speedway Stout is excellent, and if you catch it right, they offer some variations that are better still, like Bourbon Barrel Aged Speedway Stout w/ Vietnamese Coffee. Their barleywine, Old Numbskull, is fantastic, too. Ballast Point is close by, as well.

I do find Speedway Stout to be rather expensive, however, to have regularly. I prefer to buy a case of Great Divide Yeti and Bell's Expedition Stout (a seasonal) and drink them gradually throughout the year. I think they are just as good, and they both improve with some age. At approx. $2.50 a bottle, they are reasonably priced for such high quality.
