at least attempted to hack their nuclear facilities, Ill grant you that. But as archaic as our facilities are, theirs must be worse.

But lets think about this for a second.

The assumptions that we make are:
1) We hacked them
2) we hacked them successfully
3) we were able to access multiple sites
4) we were able to assume control over multiple sites
5) we were able to deploy a virus or otherwise that would prohibit their capabilities
6) we would have to have done all of the above without them knowing
7) we would have had to do all of the above without leaking their success to the media (like Stuxnet).

Dont forget that NK has a zillion artillery pieces pointed as Seoul at all times in order to level the city with a single mention of aggression. So thats why 6 & 7 are so important. Personally, I cant fathom doing the above with SK's permission. I also cant fathom doing any in the first place without an immediate threat of nuclear action from NK. But again, thats logic talking.
