My cleaners stopped using plastic butterfly collar supports and I've been all over their asses about the bacon collars they're creating.

The best way to get folks to recycle is to privatize the garbage industry. You only pay for the amount of your trash they haul away, and they pay you to separate recyclable items they want to buy.

Pretty much everyone would recycle under that scenario.
