What is she going to do? Write a stern letter to corporate?


Show them that video and they will have their legal dept send her a certified letter banning her from every store.


One of the best business articles I ever read explained why it was OK to fire customers. Have a guy I have dealt with and many of my competitors have dealt with. He's burned bridges at every provider of services in town. He is currently with my present employer and I won't deal with him. The sales guy who has his account won't cut him any slack and when he gets out of line, it gets pointed out we are not giving away the farm. He gets pretty humble when he realizes our company is his last chance.
