The program was served up and sacrificed so a certain two higher ups could "attempt" to maintain their image and career ladder ambitions beyond Missouri. Interesting that those two and their dreams of making it big at the institution of their fantasized dreams never occurred, and it was because the world of higher education knew where they were and what they had done in all this.

Quin was made the fall guy in the process.
