a pardon. Someone may need to sit him down and explain the basics of the Constitution to him.

I find it funny that NY wants to change their laws to go after people Trump HAS NOT pardoned and to my knowledge has never hinted that he may pardon.

Here is a list of Obama pardons. How many of these is NY planning to go after?
