What if a baby sitter calls 9-1-1 from her cell and can't give them the correct address?

Even in the event of cellular "brown outs" due to weather, or peak periods since we are close to the intersections of 2 major interstate highways, our landline still works.


Even tested it during a power outage, since we are on Consolidated's service. Still had dial tone.
