Is that the rule?

Have you commented ever on obama since 2017?
Have you commented ever on W since 2009?
Have you commented ever on wild bill clinton since 2001?

And is the rule just for presidents and presidential candidates or does it apply to cabinet officers, fired FIB directors, ex political advisors to the current president, ex congresspeople, governors, or women who claim a sexual encounter ten years ago with the president?

I just want to be sure you're consistent in the application of the rules. Liberals tend to have one set of rules for themselves and another for everyone else.
