Hollywood poker kicking out regulars

So I guess the old boss got fired. Forgot his name, pudgy fella with facial hair. Anyway, they are not kicking out regulars right and left.
I won't detail it, but there are 3+ day regulars kicked, now playing at Harrahs (or maybe Ameristar.)
Would they be so afraid of a hostile work environment claim that they'd kick a regular around which a game goes, every day, or maybe every week? I guess so.
The employee making $2/hour has no reason not to bring a claim.
In short, don't call someone a pussy when they suck out on you at Hollywood. In fact, don't say someone sucked out on you. Don't say suck at all.
