To do that they lower standards, bring in the right colors and the correct genitalia, and win contracts.
And some organizations like police forces and government schools respond to pressure from the community to lower standards and get the right number of minorities in the organization.
Because like we've seen in baltimore for example, black students learn much better from black teachers, especially when the school board and the principals are black.
That is decidedly not capitalism.
