run the company out of the goodness of their hearts so he could provide for his family?

Or did that forklift driver realize that he needed new skills if he wished to move up and took advantage of that opportunity to advance through the company?

I get tired of the liberal argument that Walmart is anti-labor. They will gladly pay you commensurate with the value you add to the company.
