....Sean Hannity's program was the most watched for the fifth consecutive month, beating Rachel Maddow in the 9 p.m. ET time slot. Hannity's audience for February 2018 averaged 3.3 million. Hannity also won the 25-54 age demographic favored by advertisers.

Maddow was the third most-watched news program in cable prime time. But as TV Newser notes, Maddow's audience continues to grow relative to 2017. Her show averaged 2.8 million viewers in February 2018, compared to 2.3 million for the same month in 2017.

"The Ingraham Angle" on Fox News came in fourth with an average of 2.6 million viewers. Her rise was fueled by the spat she initiated with LeBron James and Kevin Durant, criticizing the two NBA stars for expressing their political opinions and telling them to, "Shut up and dribble."
