costs and the total doesn't include the portion the states are required to pay for medicaid (add 10% of 600 billion).

Gov't administrators have better & higher cost retirement & healthcare, you can apply over 50% of the debt interest to medicaid / medicare. Pretty sure it would approach 2 trillion if I put it together.
