There are PLENTY of laws we can put on the books. Assault weapons were illegal prior to 2004. That is an easy place to start. Locks on guns so they can only be used by licensed owner is another. Plenty can be done.
And if that adds cost to legal gun owners. Tough sht. This is a public health issue. If you want to own guns, it costs - OK, I am good with that.
