car running and other kid inside while they take their other kid inside.

At our daycare the handicap spot is on the side of the building. I have parked in it probably 3 times only because that was the only spot available. That side of the building there are probably 10 spots and it is where the staff parks. It is strange because the spots are so small that they just make up their own spots so I was kind of in the handicap spot and kinda not.
