Great marketing of the team. But why do they make it so hard to obtain the tickets? Have to pick them up in person in Columbia? That's nuts. Why don't they announce them as free to the first 15,000 fans that walk up to Busch stadium that night? They're targeting St Louis fans aren't they? Seems like a great idea that went off the rails somehow. What am I missing?
