Mack or Sterk?

I agree that Mack was trying to get rid of him. I think Sterk took a more measured approach. Allowed him to coach in 2017 and hope that things would improve. Evidently they did not however. In any case, he was in the last year of his contract and it wasn't going to be renewed.
