* we do not know who initiated force

* following someone is neither initiating force nor is it "starting something"

* Zimmerman should not have contacted police, because Martin was not doing anything wrong

* there were no witnesses, and we do not know who initiated force

* if Zimmerman was attacked and if he did believe his life was in danger, he was well within his rights to use lethal force in self-defense

* everything else is a red herring
