racism. Surprise!
You see, it's like this. Part of the plan is to get troublemakers out of the school. And solely because of racism, blacks are identified as troublemakers and punished more often and more severely than non black students.
Racism.
So, if we enforce the rules and punish miscreants, that is racist. It may save lives, but it's not fair.
Much better to let troubled students stay in school, where they can kill their classmates.
Political correctness can be deadly.
