Being on parole means you have given up a certain freedom and that means being interviewed by police when necessary. If he merely had flickering headlights that would have possibly been resolved and the officer would have prepared a field interview form to send to dirtbag's parole officer "we had an interaction over his vehicle's headlights and all was good". Instead dipstick has no license, no insurance and has a firearm in view in the vehicle.


Some criminals are just too stupid to remain in society.
