One of the most legitimate gripes about Trump's Tariff talk is that it wasn't followed up with any details and isn't written.

He's floating another biscuit causing market anxiety and *cough* a lot of angst and reaction.

Knowing trump, he'll scrap it and claim it was a bluff of some ill-conceived sort.

But, rage on at words.
