enroll wherever they wanted upon not being drafted.

If you have a player who declares for the draft, consider them gone and move on, however that student could still enroll elsewhere. And if the original institution had a spot for them for some reason then bring them back.

The biggest problem is the illusion of "amateurism" and that the NCAA sucks.
