Lake House in NY, and he had a tough customer who kept sending his french fries back, complaining they weren’t thin or crispy enough. Finally, Crum got ****ed off, sliced the potatoes paper thin and fried them until they were crunchy and served them. The diner loved them and they were added to the menu.
