MPJr could have been getting another day of FULL CONTACT practice in and instead CM gave the team a day off on Sunday ... to watch the Black Panther movie.

Also, CM says right now MPJr is a step slow.

Finally, CM confirms final decision is his to make - relates the decision process to his own experience with his knee injury in college:

It starts, says CM, with him asking the player how he feels -- and that's the same process for any injured player, not just MPJr.
