And would be on an NBA roster at least part of the time.

He's a much better prospect than Thomas Bryant of Indiana was IMO. He's played for the Lakers and their G League team this year after being drafted in the top third of the second round.

IMO Jontay could very well be a late first and spend half the season on an NBA roster while earning more than $1.5 million for the year.

Or he could come back for another season and triple his rookie earnings.
