the vast majority are 3rd world and filmed by the perps of course, rather than the victim. When I was young, they were very shocking and in a movie called "Faces of Death". Now they are so common, Isis has trouble shocking people anymore with public beheadings. And CNN types remain perplexed as to how a kid could entertain fantasies of mass killings.
