refuted the Nunes memo. There were a number of equivocations but no real denials of the first memo. The best example that jumped out at me was their statement that Steel was not paid by the FBI. The first memo never said he was paid by the FBI, it said the FBI authorized payment to him. They cut ties with him before it was time to pay him.

The Dems’ memo argued about the wording Nunes used but I saw nothing actually refuting his charges.
