Clinton had the popular vote. Hats off to Kellyanne for pulling out those 77,000 votes in the rust belt. You can't rely on polling only when they favor you. Fact is that this president is the most unpopular president in modern history. He has never once approached, let alone topped 50%. Unheard of.
