gun while in the holster and discharged the gun.
Many firearms with the trigger safety only require trigger pressure to discharge. "Glock leg" is the condition of firing a gun when holstering and the trigger gets snagged by the thumb break in a holster, or by a drawstring toggle.
My XD has both a trigger and grip safety and both have to be engaged for the gun to fire. I reholster by not pushing the back of the grip (NOT pressing the grip safety) and with my index and middle fingers guiding the barrel/slide into the holster and other two fingers protecting the trigger guard.
I have managed to not shoot myself in the ass/leg.
