I don't know. But if Dr. Piazza's premise is correct, would it really make much difference if it was .1% or .01% or .001%?
If serotonin & similar drugs are a critical component in the chain of events that leads to these mass murders, and the availability of guns is not, then focusing on reducing the availability of guns is "missing the target" as he says, in the effort to eliminate or at least significantly reduce these mass murders, no?
